Sayuri Chacon • You & Me Time

5 founding seats. Enrollment closes once the founding cohort is full, or by Tuesday, November 24. We begin Thursday, December 3.

I'm inviting a small group of Chick-fil-A Operators I know into the founding cohort of LighterLoad. There are 5 seats.

This first group is for Operators who want to invest in one Director they already value.

Not as a performance fix, but as an investment in the whole life of the leader, so they go home with something left for their family.

Enrollment closes once the founding cohort is full, or by Tuesday, November 24. We start with a welcome call on Monday, November 30, and kick off Thursday, December 3.

Here's the promise.

It's simple:

In 6 weeks, your Director gets 5 hours of real family time back every week, without taking time off work.

Real family time means they're actually off at home.

Not standing in the kitchen with a million tabs open. Not half-playing with their kids while thinking about dinner, laundry, tomorrow's call-outs, and the grocery list that only lives in their head.

It's the difference between "wait a minute" and "show me."

LighterLoad is new, so these founding Directors will be the first case studies. They'll track their results on a Family Time Back Scoreboard in week 2 and week 6, and in week 6 they choose what to share with you.

But the work underneath it isn't new.

I've been inside the Chick-fil-A world for over 13 years.

I was mentored by Truett Cathy at 20 after I cold-called the home office and wrote him a letter. I served as Marketing Director for Felix Hodges in Davie North, and what stuck with me most was the systems: pre-shift, weekly resets, deciding once so the day runs on what's already been decided.

LighterLoad grew out of the work I've been doing since 2011 through You & Me Time, helping couples make intentional time for each other, including Chick-fil-A Operators like Felix & Janet Hodges, David & Michelle Neely, and Dave & LeTricia Koepsell.
